Booker is the best sniffer at the dog park. He was born to sniff. I think he sniffs every single blade of grass, individually. Once in awhile, he takes a break to run and bark, which he does simultaneously.
Then, more sniffing. And finally, more sniffing.
My sister took a walk with us awhile ago. She asked me, "Does he always walk like that?"
"Like what?" I responded.
"With his nose on the ground?"
"Yep," I responded, "and he even bumps right into things that get in the way of a good sniff: a street sign, a pole, a hydrant, a park bench."
Booker might just be the best sniffer, not just in the dog park, but in all of Fort Lauderdale.

Stella is so jealous! She likes to get her sniff on too but her nose is so squished close to the rest of her face she usually pokes herself in the eye with whatever she is trying to sniff. It is very embarrassing for her.
Hi Anne and Booker,
Oh yes, us hound dogs always have our nose to the ground... Thanks for dropping by our blog and sharing with us your thoughts. Have added you to our paw pals link. Cheers!
Good for you keepin' your nose to the ground, Booker! You don't to miss anything special, right?!
Love ya lots,
Maggie and Mitch
Hey Booker,
We were just looking to see newcomers to the DWB and we discovered that we're neighbors.
We live in Plantation, in a townhouse. As wire fox terriers, we walk with our nose to the ground too -- but you seem to have taken the fine art of sniffing to a higher (lower?) level!!
Stop by our blog and give it a sniff --
Jake and Just Harry
